Command Sergeant Major Darrell (Buddy) Wallace
CSM Wallace hails from Cleveland Ohio. He entered the United States Army on 1 April 1980 as a 35L, Avionics Communication Equipment Repairman. He completed Basic Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, and Advanced Individual Training (AIT) at Fort Gordon, Georgia.

His duty experience also includes Technical Inspector, CBRN NCO, Safety NCO, Equal Opportunity Representative, Drug and Alcohol NCO, Master Fitness Trainer, and Basic Training Drill Instructor.
CSM Wallace's military training includes all required NCOES Courses from WLC to the Sergeants Major Academy class (53); Basic Airborne Course, Air Assault Course, Rappel Master Course; Safety Course; Equal Opportunity Representative Course; Master Fitness Course; Battle Staff Course; Jungle Expert Course; Aircraft Survivability Equipment Course (W6). He holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management from Park University.
